Everything is supposed to stop
An hour before sundown
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays,
Band practice from five till eight--
Games on Fridays, six to nine
Muslim flautists and trumpeters
Munch on protein bars during break
Or half-time
Meal replacement, the labels say
Forgetting
That dinner at home
Iftar with friends and family
Feeds the soul as much as the stomach
